Singaporean Citizens and Singapore Weiqi Association members (Fully paid)

Senior Group: Under 16 years old (born after 13/08/1997)

Junior Group: Under 12 years old (born after 13/08/2001)

*Important* Players who represented Singapore in WYGC 2011 and/or WYGC 2012 are not eligible to take part in this selection.

Registration

$20 per player for registration (Closing Date 25th March 2013)

Rules and Regulations

1) Swiss System (Number of rounds to be confirmed)

2) 45 minutes Byo-yomi of 30 seconds for 3 times per player will be provided.

3) Ing Counting Method will be used.

4) Latecomers for more than 20 minutes will lose the round.

5) Any players who missed any rounds without any notice will be disqualified

6) The judge has the final resolution to all disputes from the selection tournament.
