一个友好、仅限初学者参加的班级，将于 2026年8月12日（星期三）晚上7:30至9:00 开课，由 蔡志雄老师（5段） 执教。无需任何经验——只需好奇心。
What the course covers
课程内容
Weiqi is one of the oldest games in the world, but it’s also one of the most welcoming to learn — and this course is built for complete beginners, taught by warm, experienced instructors who enjoy sharing the game.
围棋是世界上最古老的棋类游戏之一，但同时也是最容易上手的游戏之一——本课程专为零基础学员设计，由热情、经验丰富的教练授课，他们乐于与学员分享围棋的乐趣。
Over eight relaxed lessons, you’ll:
在八节轻松的课程中，您将：
- Discover the history and culture of Weiqi — where it came from, and what it’s meant to generations of players.
- 探索围棋的历史和文化——它的起源，以及它对几代棋手的意义。
- Learn the basic rules at your own pace: liberties, capturing, escaping, and the forbidden point.
- 按自己的节奏学习基本规则：气、提子、逃跑与禁入点。
- Get comfortable with scoring — understanding territory and how a game is counted.
- 熟悉计分规则——理解地域以及比赛的计分方式。
- Spend real time playing, with your teacher guiding you through every move.
- 在老师的指导下进行实战对弈，一步步跟随老师学习每一手棋。
All course materials are included, and you’ll be learning alongside other beginners in a small, supportive class.

The rank / 级位
As a nice bonus for finishing the course, you’ll receive an SWA Kyu Booklet with a certified 20-kyu rank — Singapore’s official starting point for anyone who’d like to keep playing in SWA Kyu Competitions down the road. There’s no pressure to compete — it’s simply there for you if and when you’re ready.
