- Evolution of the game since its creation
- Ancient and modern concepts
- Education and life values within the game itself
- You will be taught the basic rules of Weiqi.
- Liberties
- Capturing
- Escaping
- Forbidden Point
- You will know how to score at the end of the game.
- Understanding concept of territory and winning the game
- Counting methods
- Practical game time with explanation in the lessons.
- Course materials will be provided.
- Upon completion of this course, student will receive the SWA Kyu Booklet with certified 20-kyu rank and may proceed to enroll into Elementary Weiqi 1 course.
Course will be taught by experienced and certified SWA Dan-level teachers.
