Purchase of Dan / Kyu Certificate

📝 Dan / High Kyu Certificate Application Process Flow

1. Application Submission

Applicant selects:

• Membership Status

• Type of Certificate: Kyu or Dan

• Input Rank Level

• Promotion Method (Recommendation or Competition)

2. Payment

Applicant makes the appropriate payment for the certificate application.

3. Application Processing

Administrative staff:

• Acknowledges receipt of application and payment

• Processes the application by obtaining endorsement from:

  • (a) Chief Coach – for promotions via recommendation

  • (b) Administrative Manager – for promotions via competition results

  • (c) Other certifications – subject to approval of evaluation team

4. Certificate Preparation

Administrative staff prepares the certificate for issuance.

5. Notification

Administrative staff notifies the applicant that the certificate is ready for collection.

6. Collection

Applicant collects the certificate in person.
